Seiden-Juku

Bushido Warriors (2023-2024,2022-2023)

Our mission is building leaders in inclusion and diversity through the art of karate-do. We’re only 2% in the country that offers inclusive karate-do classes that represents the USA Olympic Committee and the USA Paralympic Committee. We have received direct training from Sensei Kohn who is the Paralympic Coach for Team USA. We’ve partnered with Ezekiel’s Gift of Love, The Barbara Sinatra Center, & CV Foster Care. Our athletes are working physically, building strength, and achieving confidence in their character. Seiden-Juku focuses on a goal oriented mindset. We have exams every 2 to 3 months out of the year. Exams are to evaluate the students advancements in karate, Japanese, and life skills. No student is compared to another, our exams evaluate each child individually. We see incredible advancements in each athlete. The kids who work hard on their goals will be given the opportunity to travel and attend local and national tournaments. Our athletes would be given an opportunity to travel and gain culture with their tournaments.

Angel Warriors (2020-2021)

Angel Warriors is a life changing movement for children to learn resilience though the art of Karate-Do. Our mission is to service God's angels on earth - we prioritize children in need. Our angels come from all backgrounds. The art of Karate-Do teaches kids the fundamental skills in life. The art teaches a lifestyle that has to be lived by. We teach love, respect, focus, discipline, inclusion, balance, confidence, mental cognitive, and courtesy. Life comes with challenges therefore we emphasize the analogy of falling down 10 times, but we stand up 11 times. We grow every single day as Angel Warriors. Karate is an art that is very hard to master. Children have to learn how to deal with their own personal obstacles. We will guide them into loving their failures and maximizing on the opportunity for them to improve.
