Untitled Coffee Project (2025-2026)
The Untitled Coffee Project is a student led micro business, our Coffee Bar will promote job skills training and community engagement for PSUSD high school students with disabilities. Students learn hands on skills in every aspect of food service from budget to brewing coffee. As a part of their training, students will earn their Food Handlers certification from Riverside County Office Of Environmental Health. The WorkAbility staff of PSUSD work with teachers and students to develop an ongoing business plan, employee training, and event booking. Our focus will be serving our local PSUSD happenings such as conferences, parent literacy nights, and STEAM events. Students have the opportunity to learn new job skills and engage with their community, all while earning a share of the profits! We intend to have students participate in the shop and stock, the hot and cold brewing, and the customer service at point of sale. WorkAbility provides student employees with an hourly wage so anticipated profits will go towards school gear, yearbooks, assistance with student's senior package purchases, or tickets to their school events of choice. We will be operating during the 2025 - 2026 school year.
