Meals for Low Income Debaters (2022-2023)
NextGen Debate is thankful to share our ability to provide low income students participating at debate events with a free meal. Scientific studies consistently show the importance of good nutrition when it comes to academics. Thanks to the financial support of The Anderson Children’s Foundation, this project will promote student health, improve the quality of food, eliminate lunch debt, and foster social solidarity by promoting cohesion during meal time. NextGen Debate is a proud 501(c)3 organization dedicated to local students and we greatly appreciate the support this has for our next generation of young leaders.

Debate Camp (2021-2022)
NextGen Debate is excited to announce its first annual summer camp in 2022. With the financial support from the Anderson Children’s Foundation, this debate camp will provide recreational activities as well as fun debate events throughout a 4 night 5 day stay in the mountains of Crestline CA. Activities include rock climbing, paintball, archery, swimming, zip lining, and of course, speech and debate events! NextGen Debate is a proud 501©3 organization dedicated to local students and teachers by spreading the art of debate and providing free membership to our program. This Anderson Children’s Grant allows local students to participate in a world class debate camp. The additional capital will help cover scholarship opportunities for low income students and teachers as well as lower the overall cost for anyone to participate in this experience. We greatly appreciate the support and dedication to educating our next generation of young leaders.
