Triple Play-Mind Body and Soul Program (2023-2024)

Triple Play is a year-round comprehensive health and wellness program offering a variety of activities that teach youth how to eat smart, keep fit, handle stress, and form positive relationships. Boys & Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass implements Triple Play with youth 6-17, utilizing the three age-appropriate program components Mind, Body, and Soul.

The "Mind" component of the Triple Play program focuses on helping youth make healthy eating choices. Through 14 interactive activities, it helps build a young person’s skill, confidence, and motivation to make healthy nutrition choices.

The "Body" component promotes physical activity and consists of 32 age-appropriate, diverse games, activities, and sports, designed to improve overall health and athletic skills.

The "Soul" component consists of six thematic units with activities that help young people develop healthy relationships with themselves and others, reduce stress and hone decision-making skills.

The most crucial goal of the Triple Play program is to give youth the confidence and support they need to take control of their health and wellness, establishing healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
