A Critical Investment in CV Cyber-AI Education (2026-2027)
We are entering the most significant shift in workplace preparedness in half a century. Technological advances, particularly in AI, are affecting nearly all professions and the availability of well-paying jobs. As a result, foundational skills in technology and AI are no longer optional - they are the baseline for career success. Together with our higher education institutions, Coachella Valley school districts, and the support of the Anderson Children’s Foundation, our mission is simple yet urgent: to ensure that the children of the Coachella Valley are not left behind or 'squeezed out' of job opportunities in this workplace transformation. Our year-round cyber competitions, summer camps, AI seminars, and local industry site visits provide middle and high school CV students with perspectives on real-world technology opportunities and strengthen their technical skills. This will help our students progress to higher education or well-paying, technology-credentialed jobs in the Coachella Valley, building solid futures for themselves and their families.
